Purpose -

The Charter 1959

The Chapter was chartered in 1959 to promote the purposes and objectives of The Military Officers Association of America; foster fraternal relations among retired, active, and former officers of the uniformed services and their National Guard or Reserve Components; protect the rights and interests of Active Duty, Retired, Reserve, and National Guard personnel of the uniformed services and their dependents and survivors; provide useful services for members and their dependents and survivors; and serve the community and the nation.

About Us - The Fort Rucker Chapter of The Military Officers Association of America has served the needs of Active Duty and Retired members of the uniformed services since it was chartered in 1959. We serve a membership of approximately 135 Officers from the Wiregrass area. We welcome new members. Click on the BOARD button above to view the names of those presently serving. Our current President is CW5 Ron Kaita USA (Ret). Our Chapter is service oriented and is involved in various community activities. We support the dissemination by email of a variety of legislative, local and other relevant information.  See the SERVICE page for more information. Meetings - The Chapter holds a meeting at the Landing (formerly Fort Rucker Officer's Club) during February, April, June, August, October and December. See IMPORTANT DATES BUTTON for dates and times.
